FNSA: Acro Island

Friday Night Survivor Acro: Rules of Play

Everyone enters an acro in round one; players then vote (aka Tribal Council) for their least favorite acro in the voting list, and whoever "wins" the round is voted out of the acro tribe but must stay to vote for the remainder of the game. Because ties for winning are based on who entered first, you should try and enter as LATE as possible to save yourself in the case of a voting tie! Eligible players that fail to submit an acro will result in automatically being "voted off," thus saving that round's "loser," who may continue to play on.

The first person voted off receives one point, the next person two points, etc., until there is only one player remaining, the sole survivor. That player receives the same number of points as the number of players in the room (no bonus points).

Face-Offs do not count, so nobody should type anything during the FO, just wait for the next 3-letter round in the new game. We play three survivor games per match, with General Acro (GA) for the first season.

FNSA operates on the honor system. Eligible players who do not enter an acro are requested to declare so, highlighted in chat, "DID NOT ENTER" to simplify scoring for the hosts.

Register to Play

We play the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month @ 8:30 PM Eastern. As with Monday and Wednesday nights, please be in the game lobby 10-15 minutes early.

Due to the game format, we request that players commit to at least 9 of the 12 sessions. Those that play the minimum qualify for the "Ultimate Survivor" tournament following the season.

If you have any problems with the sign-up form below, please write to join@wednesdaynightacro.org and include the requested information.
